Do want it or not? You have ti be sure that you can answer this question. You want to be doing it for the right reasons that is for sure.
For me cheating on my diet means that I am missing a meal or not working hard enough to make sure that I am getting the calories that I need to make the gains that I am looking for. That might not seem like an issue to many people, and it is not something that is addressed all that often but it is some thing that I know holds me back from reaching the goals that I have set for myself. The big one is building more muscle.
I do not hate food, do not get me wrong, but i do have a difficult time eating the insane amount of food that it takes to make serious gains. I am doing better these days just because I am traiing my body from week to week and day to day to get used to eating more food.
You have to fuel the body and give it what it needs to rebuild itself and recover to give you the results that I know that I am looking for. Calories are what I need and I can get them by drinking weight gain shakes that have alot of calories.
Well in any case, you have to be sure that you are getting the right amount of food to grow. It is the only way to keep increasing muscle mass.
