The 2005-2006 Used Saab cars prove to be well worth the money. They get their origin form their cousins from GM Motor company, mimicking the Subaru Impreza. The car offer the same body style and high quality with a lower price tag. This makes it very economic to run a fairly classic vehicle. Like the familiar Subaru the power train and the light body style makes the vehicle have a very good acceleration rate. The Base Linear and the 2.5i models run very well about the town and highways. However, the Aero suffer from a delay in acceleration at first. Once the car reaches above 3,000 rpm s the turbo charge kicks in very well.

The interior is also similar to the Subaru. Yet the quality of materials used in the interior do not seem to be as nice as the other premium vehicles in it’s class. The steering wheel is comfortable, but it does not telescope up as many of the other models do. The interior is roomy in the front but scant in the backseat. There is also very little room to enter and exit the backseat for passengers. However, once you are in the backseat there is ample room. Some models do have the option of a leather interior which does make the car more comparable to the premium cars. Saab cars also have a front seat headrest which is active and designed to protect against whiplash. The cars come with standard airbags in the front and side airbag curtains for passengers.

The Used Saab does do it’s best to try to hide it’s Subaru origin, yet there are some features that are worth replicating. The all wheel drive feature is very appealing to most buyers. The cars are known to get 24 miles per gallon in the city and 29 miles per gallon on the highway. The vehicle reliability and comfort rate well among most families. Some of the more favourable features of the Used Saab are the control panel design, the comfort, the steering and handling, the brake performance and the all wheel drive. Some have opted for the luxury model with the leather trim and the moon roof. Overall, this vehicle has nice bang for the buck.
