Have you used paypal? Have you ever wondered if people in other countries can use paypal? I know there are sellers in the UK because I have bought from them before so paypal has a paypal uk helpline and I am sure any country that people can use paypal, have their own helpline. Ebay is worldwide and paypal is the number one way to pay for anything you buy on Ebay. I am sure there is also a paypal uk resolution centre because just like in the US, mistakes are made between seller and buyer. Thank goodness the resolution centre is there for you, if you use paypal, no matter what country you are in. Paypal is not only used in connection with Ebay, but allot of your major department stores, that use paypal as a way of payment, has a resolution centre. Since I do allot of shopping on Ebay, even with sellers from the uk, I use the paypal uk helpline. If I need to check and see if a payment cleared, or what I bought, I never got, or I got it and it isnt working, I go through the paypal uk resolution centre. Paypal is always there to help the buyer and the seller to solve any problems that come up. Any place you do shopping, they have a returns department, so if what you bought doesnt fit or work, you can get a refund. It feels good that you know paypal will help you to solve any problem you have with your transaction. To me, it is the safest way to pay for your items and your information will be kept safe so no one else can use it. Ebay and paypal go hand in hand. Where else can you go to one really good website and shop for anything you can think of, and be safe when you pay for it? I dont think anyone can top Ebay or paypal. Do you?
